Mobile Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - Dallas / Fort Worth
- Perform studies on a GE Logicbook provided by Petsafe.
- Transport equipment to and from clinics daily, often involving travel to more than one clinic within a day.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, teammates, and colleagues at all levels.
- Assist in account management of clinics by organizing schedules, scheduling patients, and educating staff and physicians on testing modalities, procedures, and processes.
- Support and assist in the development of market growth strategies.
- Actively participate in monthly market and in-service Sonography meetings.
- Independently troubleshoot issues in the field when they arise and deliver prompt solutions, requesting assistance when needed.
- Clean and maintain all clinical equipment.
- Order replacement equipment and supplies through approved vendors
- Complete and maintain required certifications, registries, and continuing education.
- Key test data and patient information into computer to maintain record of test results.
- Assists physician with ultrasound guided biopsies.
- High school diploma or equivalent with formal training and graduation from an accredited school of medical ultrasound.
- Experience: 2-4 years ultrasound experience.
- Current RDCS/RCS and RVT/RVS required.
- Ability to work independently and follow protocol.
- Ability to define challenges, analyze problems, and develop and implement solutions in a proactive and positive manner.
- High attention to detail in fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Demonstration of computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- A valid Texas driver’s license to operate a vehicle for transportation of equipment, a reliable means of transportation, and an acceptable driving record.
